Santronics Software, Inc (SSI) is seeking an apprentice to work along Hector Santos, the founder and CTO/CEO. This is an ideal position to gain a foundation, insights and experience for a future in project and product development. In today's terms, a "Dev-Ops" position which entails understanding software coding and product development. The apprentice will experience and learn first hand concepts such as:
and much more. In addition, the apprentice will assist with business planning for new projects. This will be a laid back position with direct and remote communications. Work and communicate mostly from home, at times at the office and sometimes by a pool. While Hector believes the experience the "ideal" apprentice will gain will be benefitial, there will be compensation to be agreed upon.
